Our client was seeking something new with this residential renovation while working with the existing home structure. The original house had a challenging layout so that was revamped to a fresh modern layout with an adults wing one end, and children's wing to the opposite side. The main living quarters were centralised making great use of indoor outdoor flow towards the front and back of the property. New landscape design was also created for the front of the property and rear, with included pool. The site was challenging with its steep slope arrangement and site restrictions. We also needed to include onsite waste management to the design which required set areas for drip fields.
