This rare villa from the 1930's needed a new modern residential renovation to the rear by clearing out the old kitchen, laundry and lounge, and making way for a fresh new look. With completely new rear facade and roof extension, this allowed lots of windows and light to stream in. The extended lounge and new kitchen was due in the interior, with butlers pantry, new main bathroom, revised bedroom layouts with ensuite to the master, and a surprised new loft area for a home office making use of the vast roof space which comes with these old villas. The grand new sliding doors from the kitchen lead out to the revised deck which gained a new connection to the backyard, suffice to say our clients loved it!
